Orders
Browse our products, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You'll need to enter your shipping address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
You can edit or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at info@thebuyinghub.com. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, no changes can be made. Please review your cart carefully before confirming.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this on the carrier's website, or contact our support team to check the status at any time. Tracking is available for both domestic and international orders.
We sincerely apologise for any errors. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, attaching photos of the product and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over ฿3,000 within Thailand. For orders below the minimum, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout. International shipping rates depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
Yes, we ship to over 15 countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, and the USA. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address.
For domestic delivery we use Kerry Express, Flash Express, and Thailand Post. For international shipments we use DHL Express and EMS. The carrier assigned to your order will be stated in your dispatch confirmation email.

Absolutely. All payments are processed via iPay88, a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS technology.
Your card is charged immediately when you place your order. If the payment fails, no charge is made and you'll be prompted to use another method. For bank transfers, your order is held for 24 hours pending payment confirmation.
Yes! We offer 0% instalment plans for 3, 6, or 10 months with partner banks: SCB, Krungsri, KBank, and Krungthai. Minimum purchase ฿3,000. Select the instalment option at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 3-day returns policy from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Certain items such as opened software or custom-configured products cannot be returned. See the full Returns Policy.
Email us at info@thebuyinghub.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with instructions and a return label. Do not send items back without prior authorisation.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Funds will appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Products & Authenticity
Yes, always. We source directly from authorised distributors and brand partners. Every product sold on The Buying Hub is 100% authentic. We never sell counterfeit or unauthorised goods. If you have any doubts, contact us and we'll provide proof of authenticity.
Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Duration and terms vary by brand and product — please check the individual product page for details. Our team can assist you with warranty claims if needed.
Yes, all prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) by default. You can switch to USD using the currency selector at the top of the page. Please note that payment and billing are processed in THB regardless of the displayed currency.
