1. Introduction

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Definitions
"Customer" or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses our website or purchases products from us. "Products" refers to the electronic goods and accessories offered for sale on our website. "Order" refers to a request to purchase Products placed through our website.
3. Use of Service
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
4. Products & Pricing
All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and may be displayed in other currencies for reference only; the final charge is in THB. We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
5. Orders & Payment
When you place an Order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your Order; we reserve the right to decline or cancel any Order at our discretion. If we cancel your Order, any payment made will be refunded in full. We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) within Thailand, PromptPay QR transfer, Bank transfer, and credit/debit card payments via Stripe (where available). Payment must be received in full before Products are shipped, except for COD orders. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your Order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within Thailand and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Domestic orders within Thailand are typically delivered within 2-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping. International shipping times vary by destination. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the designated shipping address.
7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us at info@thebuyinghub.com with your order number. Certain items are non-returnable, including opened earbuds, hygiene-sensitive products, and clearance items. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned Product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TheBuyingHub or its licensors and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheBuyingHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.
10. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. We are not the manufacturer and do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Defective Products may be returned within the manufacturer's warranty period. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001), the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979), and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
