Returns & Exchanges

REFUND POLICY

Return Window

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may exchange or return it within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided it is in its original, unopened condition. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.

How to Return

  1. Contact us by email at info@thebuyinghub.com to initiate a return or exchange request.
  2. Send the product back within 3 days of receiving your order. Products must arrive in the same condition — please pack them well.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of a company error.

Refund Process

In case of a refund, please provide your bank account details including: Bank name · Account type · Account holder name (must match receipt) · Account number · Branch name. Failure to provide complete details will result in the refund being unable to be processed.

We Do Not Accept Returns In These Cases

  • Products not purchased from The Buying Hub Co Ltd.
  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Damaged products or items damaged due to improper return packaging.
  • Customer fails to include the return receipt or required items.
  • Customer does not return the product within 3 days of receiving it.

Delivery Information

SHIPPING POLICY

Local Thailand Orders

Products shipped locally within Thailand are processed and dispatched within 24 hours and typically delivered within 48 hours, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to you via email along with the carrier name and tracking website.

International Warehouse Orders

Products shipped from our international warehouse take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

International Customers

  1. Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement.
  2. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once dispatched.
  3. Standard shipping takes 5–18 working days.
  4. In cases of slow customs processing, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

Customs & Import Duties

Items shipped internationally are subject to customs clearance and may be held at the border until duties and taxes are paid. As the importer/consignee, it is your responsibility to pay any applicable duties and taxes. The Buying Hub Co Ltd is unable to refund customs fees or additional charges required to release your package.
