1. Shipping Overview
TheBuyingHub ships throughout Thailand and internationally. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and reliably. Paid orders placed before 2:00 PM (ICT) are processed the same day; orders placed after this cutoff are processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping
Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days, ฿50 (free on orders over ฿1,500). Express Delivery: 1-2 business days, ฿100, covering Bangkok and its metropolitan area. Remote areas may require an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.
3. International Shipping
We ship to destinations worldwide. Delivery takes 5-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and tracking link are sent via confirmation email. You may check your shipment status at any time through the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours, please contact us at info@thebuyinghub.com.
5. Undeliverable Orders
In the event of an incorrect shipping address, no recipient available, or insufficient stock, our team will contact you to confirm or update your order. If delivery cannot be completed, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
6. Receipt & Inspection
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you discover damaged, incorrect, or missing items, notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
7. Shipping Address Changes
Shipping addresses may only be changed before an order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@thebuyinghub.com or call +66 98 990 5659. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be modified.
8. Click & Collect
TheBuyingHub currently offers home delivery only. We are developing a click-and-collect service and will announce it once available.
