After placing an order and successfully completing the payment, you can cancel your order by following these steps:

Our staff will verify the situation and check the status of the order preparation. If the shipping team has not yet shipped the order, our staff will advise how to proceed with the cancellation.

If the order has already been shipped, please refuse to accept the delivery from the courier. The courier will then notify TBH, and the refund will be processed according to the payment method’s terms and conditions.

In case of the order placement and payment process are not successful within the specified time, the system will automatically cancel the order. However, there will be no refund as no payment has been made. The system will promptly notify you of the payment status after you have made the payment. If you encounter any issues, please contact our team for further assistance.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this on the carrier's website, or contact our support team to check the status at any time. Tracking is available for both domestic and international orders.

We sincerely apologise for any errors. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, attaching photos of the product and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over ฿3,000 within Thailand. For orders below the minimum, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout. International shipping rates depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

Yes, we ship to over 15 countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, and the USA. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address.

For domestic delivery we use Kerry Express, Flash Express, and Thailand Post. For international shipments we use DHL Express and EMS. The carrier assigned to your order will be stated in your dispatch confirmation email.
