1. All HOCO brand products come with a 1-year warranty from our store. In the event of a product malfunction due to manufacturing defects or errors in factory inspection, customers can claim the warranty through the store's administrator.

If more than 15 days have passed, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways (including a 30 baht return shipping fee).
