i. The product is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date stated on the tax invoice.
ii. The product must be non-functional due to normal use and in good condition, with no signs of damage caused by accidents.
iii. Products that are dropped, cracked, broken, or damaged due to misuse are not covered under the warranty.
iv. No replacement will be provided for defective items, unless the defect is caused by a manufacturing fault and a video recorded during the unboxing is provided as proof.
