1. All HOCO brand products come with a 1-year warranty from our store. In the event of a product malfunction due to manufacturing defects or errors in factory inspection, customers can claim the warranty through the store's administrator.

2. The store offers free product returns/exchanges through the system if the product is defective and the customer reports the issue within 15 days of receiving the product. If more than 15 days have passed, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from the store (please include a 40 baht return shipping fee).

3. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, dropping, water damage, or accidental damage.

4. The product must be in perfect condition, with no cracks, damage, missing parts, or signs of tampering or modification.

5. The product must have all accessories and packaging intact, undamaged, and without any tears or defects. This is required to verify the purchase with the store and to submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer. If the box and accessories are missing, the product warranty will be immediately terminated.

6. The product warranty covers only the product itself that the customer has paid for. This warranty does not include peripherals or other freebies included in the box, such as cases, pouches, and charging cables.
