1. สินค้าแบรนด์ HOCO ทุกชิ้นรับประกัน 1 ปีจากทางร้าน ในกรณีที่สินค้ามีปัญหาการใช้งานจริงอันเกิดจากความผิดพลาดด้านการผลิตและการตรวจสอบจากโรงงาน ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งเคลมสินค้าผ่านทางแอดมินร้านได้

2. ทางร้านรับเคลมสินค้าฟรีไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายผ่านระบบ เมื่อสินค้ามีปัญหาและลูกค้าแจ้งเคลมภายใน 15 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า หากเกิน 15 วันแล้ว ลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าบริการขนส่งทั้งไปและขนส่งกลับเอง (แนบค่าส่งกลับ 40 บาท)

3. การรับประกันจะไม่ครอบคลุมความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานที่ผิดวิธี การตกหล่น ตกน้ำ การเสียหายจากอุบัติเหตุ

4. สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์ ไม่มีรอยแตกหักเสียหาย ไม่มีชิ้นส่วนแยกออกจากกัน และไม่มีร่องรอยงัดแงะดัดแปลงใดๆ

5. สินค้าจะต้องมีอุปกรณ์และกล่องแพคเกจสินค้าอยู่ครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ ไม่ชำรุดฉีกขาดหรือเสียหาย เพื่อใช้ยืนยันการซื้อกับทางร้านและนำเรื่องแจ้งเคลมส่งให้กับโรงงานผลิดต่อไปได้ หากไม่มีกล่องและอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วน จะถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดการรับประกันสินค้าทันที

6. การรับประกันสินค้าจะครอบคลุมเฉพาะตัวสินค้าที่ลูกค้าชำระเงินไปเท่านั้น การรับประกันนี้จะไม่รวมอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงหรือของแถมอื่นๆ ที่มีมาในกล่อง เช่น เคส ซอง และสายชาร์จที่แถมมาในกล่อง

7. หากพบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสินค้าใดๆ ให้แจ้งทางแชทเท่านั้น แอดมินของทางร้านเรายินดีตอบคำถามและให้บริการหลังการขายกับลูกค้าทุกท่าน

2. มีโค้ดรหัสลับอยู่บนกล่องแพคเกจสินค้า

3. เมื่อขูดแผ่น void สีเงินและแสกน QR Code จะลิ้งค์ตรงไปยังหน้าเว็บยืนยันของแท้ของ HOCO (เมื่อลอกแผ่นสีเงินออกจะเห็นโลโก้ HOCO)

4. มี QR Code บนกล่อง ที่เมื่อแสกนแล้วจะลิ้งค์ไปยังหน้า website และ WeChat อย่างเป็นทางการของ HOCO
