Function Usage:

Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds.
Volume Up: Slide the Volume button up.
Volume Down: Slide the Volume button down.
Previous Song: Press the Power button 2 times.
Next Song: Press the Power button 3 times.
Play / Pause: Press the Power button 1 time.
Answer / Hang Up Call: Press the Power button 1 time.
Reject Call: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
Clear Pairing Information:
Wireless: When powered on, press the Power button five times to clear pairing information, then turn off the device.
2.4G: In the power-on state, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds. After restarting, the green light will flash, then plug in the dongle to reconnect.
Dongle/Wireless Mode: Press the Light button 2 times (Wireless -- blue light stays on, 2.4G -- green light stays on).
Turn Off / On Lights: Press and hold the Light button for 2 seconds.
Turn Off / On Microphone: Press the Light button during a call.
Activate Voice Assistant: Press the Light button 3 times.

Products must not have blemishes such as water stains, rust, moss, burn marks, or broken PCB print patterns, insects, or chemical marker writing on the product.

Products must not be damaged by external factors such as power outages, overvoltage, lightning strikes, or natural disasters.
In the case of products found to have problems from normal use within 7 days (from the date of receipt), provided that the product is in perfect condition.

The company is happy to replace it with a new one immediately. Customers must return the product with all accessories in the box, along with the receipt or order number every time.
In the event that a new product cannot be provided to replace the claimed item:

The company will refund the full product price, minus a depreciation percentage based on the remaining warranty period.
For example, a product priced at 10,000 baht with 12 months remaining warranty out of 24 months, the company will refund 5,000 baht.
